North West Tower

After being vacant and neglected since 2004, when it was last used as offices, the Great Yarmouth Borough Coucil has given GYPT permission to undertake the repairs and any nessesary conversions to bring it back in use.

Due to the success of the South East tower being converted to holiday homes, GYPT are considering doing the same with this tower.

If the tower is converted to a holiday accomodation, then there is an estimated cost of £120,000, and would generate £12,000 a year (based on SE tower) with the profit being used to pay for future repairs, maintainence, and going towards other projects run by GYPT in the future.
