North West Tower

After being vacant and neglected for many years, last used as offices in 2004, the Great Yarmouth Borough Council has given GYPT permission to undertake the repairs on the North West Tower, as well as any necessary conversions, to bring it back in use.

GYPT are considering converting the tower into holiday homes, as was done with great success to the South East Tower.

If the tower is converted to a holiday accommodation, then there is an estimated cost of £120,000. The project, based on the previous conversion of the South East Tower, would generate approximately £12,000 a year upon opening, with the profit being used to pay for future repairs and maintenance, as well as providing further funds for future GYPT ventures.
